Weird 5s error 14 blue screen on restore

Got a 5s that first was dead, a bit of messing about and I can now get it to boot to connect to iTunes screen.
tryed TU to boot it out but no joy. So restored both normal and dfu .

after about a quarter way through restore I get blue screen on the device and err 14 on iTunes .
i think the iTunes err is just the USB dropping out when the phone crashes.
anyone advise on this . Cheers.

I think I found solution.
The lcd had just been changed not by me
