New Extension

In a previous thread I'd mentioned that I was having a new extension and DejaVu requested a progress thread.

I meant to take these photos yesterday but completely forgot so a small bit of work has started.

We are knocking down the existing extension and rebuilding a new one across the back making an open plan kitchen / diner. The picture with the step ladders is a 2nd hallway which will become a utility room and small office.

As things progress I'll add in more pictures.

That's the old kitchen, although as it is not old we are getting the same style and re-using some of the cupboards, and some are moving into the utility room.

I've not updated for a while, here are the progress pictures

This one shows where they have taken the old door and moved further along as this will be the entrance to the utility room.

These two show where the through room has been boarded off (will eventually be an office) they have also put in a new window.

This is the through room now, the utility room is mostly done but we can only access currently by going outside and in the back door. The Office is currently a temporary kitchen.

This is the progress of the old extension demolition.
