xbox 360 slim problem

Went to turn my xbox 360 on this morning and the fans went crazy for about 30 seconds and then nothing, so i tried again and i heard the beep but no lights on, same when i try the eject button i hear the beep but noting it doesnt even open the draw. tried another power supply and also hdmi and the older av cable but nothing i am at a loss done a search on google but there is nothing it really narrows it down to, anyone any ideas i have also tired to take the hard drive out but still nothing check the usb slots and no metal is shorting anywhere i am a loss.

Have you any mods on it, fast fans and nothing normally point to nand corruption of some sort. used to get it alot when messing with the demon dual nands.

I've had a few with this fault never figured it out though pretty sure it would need a rebal

Are you sure nothing's shorting in the USB port ? Can be hard to spot, I use a torch and magnifier just to be sure, I'm getting old though lol

it has never been opened and is just over a year and have had a really good look on the usb and cant see naything so think i will see if i can get it reballed

9 times out of 10 its the southbridge that needs a reflow or reball on the slim.
