how do i change meta file back to windows shell commor

hi folks
did it wrong again, I opened the meta file as notepad, (just to see what it showed, as I was trying to use 935-5753 meta with 935-5745 maps as per another post on different forum) now the meta file is showing as a notepad, how do I change it back
used another computer and file shows as windows shell commor,

No need to change it back to windows shell commor as you may want to edit it or check it again in the future.
