Default Which Linux box for up to approx. £100?

I'm currently using a Skybox F3 'borrowed' from my brother until he gets round to getting broadband installed at his new place, so I'm going to need my own STB sooner rather than later, any recommendations please?

I use XBMC for a lot of stuff, so I'm looking for a fairly simple box, but would like the following :-

    Single tuner should be adequate
    7 day EPG
PVR functions, got a couple of old 2.5" external HDD's lying around
    Reliable, no overheating or glitching
Something relatively quick would be nice too

    Cheers in advance.

Thanks, will check them out, how does the F5S compare to the F3, is it an upgrade or more of a sidestep? Do they support a 7 day EPG in the UK? Thanks!
