Default N02 Maximus and other supplements

After 3 years of training in the gym regularly, I have made good progress, and I think I am in good shape for a 44 year old.

However, the actual gains come on slow, and I am wondering if there are any supplements that could possibly speed things up?

I've just started taking Creatine, and have seen this product called N02 Maximus which makes some bold claims, almost too good to be true. Anyone else using these?
