ebay is always good for screens, find out all the part numbers for that exact screen (there are often more than one fitted to the exact same model) and put them in to ebay. I've got hold of Powerbook, iBook and Macbook screens cheaply this way.
The more modern ones are a bit tougher as the glass is fused to the LCD but that's old enough to still be easy enough to fix.

Ifixit.com will have step by step guides and a difficulty rating so you can see what you need to do before you give it a go mate.

fairly easy fix if you have the tools, also dell use same screens so get the part number you my get it cheaper.
