so... thoughts on now tv, Amazon fire tv, Android tv and roku???
which is the winner???
packs the most punch for the money with plex in mind???

Definitly not NOWTV box. its a ROKU LT with restrictions, I got a second hand ROKU XS off the bay and its much better, not seen Fire yet but Plex is brilliant.

plex works fine on the now tv box if that's all you need it for. I'm running 3 of them. Cheaper alternative to the Roku box

Plex on the Fire TV is like lightning. Definitely quicker than on my Now TV box. XBMC also flies compared to my Apple TV 1 running Crystalbuntu.

You have to take into account that a now tv box only costs £10

i love my nowtv boxes, i have 3 at home & bought a few for family, along with my WD TV Box im covered for all

+1 on the Nowtv box, love the fact you can can skip the the card details on other boxes if you already have one box with card details.

I have the entertainment pack running on three boxes just using the one voucher. With plex and the unsupported app store and the ability to cast from phones - tablets for a tenner you cant go wrong.
