I had to unplug my tivo box last night, so I could get a new floor installed in my house this morning.
I plugged everything back in, and now the tivo has an error message - network availability (c130), so only live tv is available, nothing on catch up etc can be accessed.
I phoned virgin media, and spoke to a lovely indian chap on the other side of the world, who simpley tells me to switch the tivo to standby for 24hrs and he will upgrade my status so a super lead technician can look at the issue, abut to leave it switched to standby as the problem will defeinitely be fixed..
has anyone else had this problem, and is there another wayto rectify it, as it means no tv at all, not just the catch up stuff..
