Sky movies £5.00 instead of £16.50

Just a little Christmas saving I found. If you have a Sky movie package that is £16.50 log onto your 'mysky account. Remove Sky movies. Click the option that says ' I can't afford it'
Confirm.
It will offer you the same sky movie package for £5 instead of the £16.50 for 3 months. Save £11.50 off your sky bill o we Christmas. You won't be cut off from your package unless you tell them you want to cancel.
I've just done this. Told my mum, she's done it, and both neighbours. We all have the confirmation. Worth a go to save some pennies.

you can use the same process if your paying full wack for sky sports too, just press cancel twice & they'll offer to reduce the cost by £11 a month for the next 3 months, no extra contract required, just done it myself.

yeah saw another ad other day on TV its Sky Movies @ £8.25 or £4.25 (with Sky Sports Pack) extra per month. After 6 months £16.50 or £8.50 (with Sky Sports pack) extra per month, unless you give us at least 31 days’ notice to cancel

think this offer is for those that never had movies but similar to the above deal

Had a look for the sports offer, but wasn't on mysky offers.

Had the movie deal, free Sky Go+ and £100 if I introduce a friend, thanks for the head up though!

I just logged in said cancel Sky Movies then next, select can't afford it, then select next they say it's good value versus Netflix etc, say still cancel then you get the £5 for 3 months offers which you select. £15 saved for a couple of clicks.
