Hi Guys,
I have a Logitech G15 and a couple of the keys are playing up, should I buy a new keyboard or pay someone to clean/repair it? I like the hype of the DAS keyboards.
What have you got?
Thanks

I've got the Corsair Vengeance K95. Fantastic keyboard. Do like the new K70 RGB from Corsair too. I swear by Corsair for everything.
A pal has got the Razer set in green, but I'm not a fan. Corsair feel a better build quality IMO.
I have the strike 7
also have the matching mice, rat 7 and rat 9 and they are a godsend if you are like me and have normal hands with short fingers.
I have a g15 v2 somewhere but it never seemed as good as my original g15 with the flip screen.
do like this mechanical keyboard though..

I've been back to using bog standard Dell wired for a while
I was using an MS Cordless Desktop set I got from Realist on here, worked fine until I moved home, and I think there is RF interference from neighbours as it works terribly here.
I've had the same issue with a few other sets, problem is they seem to be using 2.4GHz these days which is often quite a crowded spectrum with the number of wireless devices people have these days.
Use a das one at work (they let us order whatever we want) and its a quality keyboard - noisy and not to everyone's taste but a lot of guys in the office have them they do blank ones too if you're ultra l337
they are pricey though, have you tried compressed air/isopropyl alcohol (circuit board cleaner) sprayed in to try fix?

I use one of these keyboards with the Cherry Reds:

I don't game but got it cheap
I used to buy loads from OCUK and Scan back in the day - I couldn't afford to keep up any more as new stuff is out every week!
How easy is it to crack the G15 open? If the keys are acting up do you have much to lose by having a go at cleaning it yourself? If it's just a case of dusty contacts under the rubber membrane then some IPA (isopropyl alcohol, India Pale Ale will be too sticky) and a cotton bud might work wonders.

But I'm like a magpie and love a bit of bling (Essex? Dunno)
Ah ok. I don't use my computer in the dark mate and I think that would get on my nerves
