    psu/gfx card..??

you wont go far wrong with the rest of the parts,

I would chuck in a cheap 128/240 gb ssd for the op system but its no biggie.

I see the case has a side window, you could get this memory instead for a bit of bling

    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...=8&subcat=1517

it looks mint and no real performance diff from what you have chosen

it does cycle through diff modes and not just stay on and you can get other colours.

You will need a 700W PSU if you get a bit of a beastie Gfx card. More if you have additional cards, drives etc. I would take a punt on a nvidia 970 card which should last you 3/4 years

when building a games pc the part that will get all emotional and spit its dummy out will be the psu,

get a good one and 700-800 watt mark with the dedicated pci-e 6 and 6+2 plugs

i have a similar set up, i5 4590 with R9 280 graphics and my 550watt PSU handles it ok. I would prefer one with a bit more juice though. 2 x 1tb drives and an SSD.

Played Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite and it flies at 1440p.

If your planning on going 2x crossfire I would recommend getting one of the NVidia "SLI" boards. If only 1 card is going to be utilized then go with what you have

For an extra £18 you can buy a 2TB Barracuda drive. I'd also consider buying a SSD for the O/S & use the other drive for data (games...).

The Emprex wireless keyboard & mouse is really only suitable for multimedia or office use - I imagine there would be latency issues with FPS games...Unless you want to spend a lot of money, I would go for a corded mouse & keyboard. Scan have a vast array of gaming mice, & I'm still using a Logitech mx518 mouse (7 years old), so I can't offer any advise other than that you should try a few out for comfort before you buy.

Unless you plan on overclocking, I would buy the £33 cheaper Intel 5i 4590 cpu.

You might struggle to fit a large graphics card in the NZXT case. A Gigabyte R9 280 Windforce 3X has a length of 285mm & the case has a 'VGA Clearance Maximum 230mm w/ hard drive, 330mm w/o hard drive'.

always seems a little on the high side to me but better safe than sorry. As always buy from a reputable manufacturer and don't overload a single rail.
