    Always knew them as T5's.

    Avoid like the plague, especially ones from Ebay etc. I tried some from a lad in the gym once, pretty much 50% whizz, 50% caffeine. After you get past the sweating, sleepless nights, interrupted constitution, large pupils, increased speaking speed you will shit out some lbs.

    Essentially, they're a minefield, and simply not worth the risk. A mad mate took them last year, and even thought it was for a few weeks, he says he's not been right since, his guts in turmoil and his headaches reoccur daily.

    If you're looking for a fast weight loss, and are not arsed about healthy eating, balanced diet and exercise consider the "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]".

    I did it first week of X-mas, I lost 12lbs in 7 days, made fitting into the wedding suit a lot more comfortable.

    Avoid all tablets for weight loss.
    There are no quick fix permanent tablet solutions to losing weight.

    If there were then there wouldn't be such a thing as obesity.

    Thank you all for your advise I will take heed.. got from 15 stone down to 12.4 but after impingement thing in my shoulder crept up to nearly 13 ... the only thing bugging my is it shows round my stomach. .no mater how many sit ups got to around 300 a day can not shift it

    Worth pointing out (as it doesnt say on the link) that you should not try this one if you are suffering from, or are on any medication for Hypertension. Grapefruit = bad for such conditions.

    yeah cant target fat loss around the area you just need to lower your body fat more and your abs will come back. some people just have better genetics. also theres t3,t4,t5 some are less harsh than others but as most have said you dont need them. calories in vs calories out. google Macros and IIFYM bodybuilders they eat whatever they want because they keep to the macros. theres a video on youtube of a bodybuilder who eats a full tub of ben and jerrys every day 6 weeks before a competion just to show you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits your carbs , protien and fats.
