Problems with windows toolkit (windows 7)

Has anyone had problems activating windows 7 using windows toolkit 2.5.2 ? I'm using a retail version of Windows 7 but keep getting the following message;

"Cannot Activate Because This Product Is Incapable Of KMS Activation"

I can't figure out how to activate it? I've never had this issue before and it's bugging me, i can't even find the old Daz Loader that use to work without issue.

Any ideas how to work around this?

Had this once. It's one of the other buttons I seem to remember. Think you have to de-arm or similar first. Is there a deactivate button or something.?

Will have a look in the morning when I'm in front of a PC.

Thought only volume was kms activated.
AFAIK you have to unpack iso, convert retail to volume, install, then daz

This is not correct in fact installing volume will stop you getting windows 10 if you were ever wanting to get that

Dazloader should work fine

Open cmd and type slmgr /dli then hit enter wait a bit it will pop up with your version

I agree with Prezzy, Daz's loader is simpler.

But with toolkit try the de-activate button and then reboot and use the ez-activator button.

slmgr /dli says oem_slp channel, so win10 wouldn't go on without a fight then.
