Eset seems to be the tool of choice these days.
i use commodo internet security as it's free but not sure it's up to scratch but i use my ipad 99% of the time.

I get a demo licence so I use Eset file security on my windows server but I'm not quite sure what benefit it has over its competitors. It seems to have fewer features then smart/endpoint security which makes sense as it should only be used for hosting apps/files but it does cost a bit (£80-100/year iirc).

I should be able to give you a 30 day trial if you want to test it, although I think you can sign up for this yourself on their website. If you want to buy it PM me and I will get you it at cost, same offer open to all VIPs.

    Thanks to evilsatan

Cool I may give that a go, at the moment I have made it take MS System Centre Endpoint Protection which is basically MSE for a server which I had to mess around a bit to get working as it is not made to work on WS2012R2 - don't really trust it though not overly keen on MSE

Have grabbed a copy of kaspersky server enterprise I may give a go but think I would rather pay (shudders) for a legit version of something for this server build

I always go legit on av tbh, have done since before I became an Eset partner. Probably paranoia but especially on a server you want your important docs protected.

MSE, for PCs at least, has become horrendous. It scored last on the most recent av-comparatives real world tests by a huge margin! I used to swear by it when it was first launched as it was light.

Kaspersky for PCs is supposed to be one of the best too, not sure about server edition but you can see rankings on av-comparatives.
