It was issued on VirginMobie but has been confirmed as unlocked.

No damage or scratches anywhere on this phone.

I won't lose any sleep, and for absolute clarity maybe rules should be amended to state "If a VIP and a NON VIP ask the same question, within 24 hours of the TDS, you are NOT permitted to answer unit a Moderator has removed the offending post"

I know I'm not alone with this ridiculousness, going by the messages of absolute hilarity and bewilderment I've received since we've all witnessed this debacle unfold.
