Hi people I was asked by my niece to update her website today....So I updated all the plugins and the wordpress version to the latest. Then changed 1 line of text on the homepage....all good. Went to site and im getting "Unable to serve this request". I can still get into the admin area and all the posts/pages seem to be there as normal....But I cant view the "live" site.
She is with some hosting company called websitesettings.com......certainly not as user friendly as hostgator and the rest....So I have not mucked around in there.
At this moment I don't have ftp access - nor do I have the password for the MySql server - This was all set up years ago and the company who done it gave her basic login details to websitesettings.com so she could set up emails ect. They also obviously gave her details to login the admin area of the actual website.
Does anyone have any ideas of how I could fix this ? .......As is always the way I was only doin this as a 5 min favour....been at it for a few hours now and have exhausted my very limited knowledge lol.
Any help/tips pointers are well appreciated.
