    Photos Asia Tour

    so just back from a 10 Day tour of Asia with work. Hong Kong (first time, Chennai India, Shanghai

    I think these would be great shots with a little less Photoshop manipulation involved.
    IMO, subtle is always better. In some of them, the clarity looks a tad distorted too, which is a bit of a shame.

    Top one here is my favourite. That looks fantastic.

    However, I'm just a cynic, this is by no means a professional opinion.

    Yep, far too many good shots ruined by HDR these dayss

    hey photos are like Marmite a lot of the shots where candid, the processing for me was to bring out the pop as they was pretty flat.

    I also didn't have chance to frame and compose, it was pretty much point and shoot as I was sneaking within the group.

    Well TBH the original shots look like they would be pretty good.. . . . . . they are just so unnatural now.

    Some nice shots there - I enjoyed looking through your album. I agree with the HDR comments, and to my eye some are overcooked there, but each to his own.
