    Default Replacing a kindle screen

Hello, don't know if this is the right place but search didn't really come up with anything.

Have broken the screen on my kindle 4 and was wondering if anyone had a screen supplier recommendation.

I know that the kindle is glued together and can be difficult to take apart so was going to take the kindle apart then get a replacement screen.

    Thank you

I'd try Amazon first, I trod on mine down the side of the bed, it was out of warranty and they replaced it after I said it had frozen.

Amazon have said no, so before doing anything I thought I'd see how much a screen is.

They always say no at first - just go on at them how it's a common issue and a mate has had 4 replaced in a year and they soon give in (or did for me).

Suspect amazon would like you to buy their books and not just get the free ones.

Anyone know of any decent screen suppliers?
