    Default Xperia z3

Just switched from apple to android and loving it. Haven't a clue about rooting but wondering if it is worth it? It's running 4.4.4

    Any advice would be appreciated

    Default Xperia z3

I think if you root, it allows you to remove all the shitty extra bloat ware that nobody ever uses and flash custom roms and the like, I'm personally waiting for the S6 and G4 releases first then I'll decide wether to jump to droid or not

Same here. I have the G2 now and ready for a change.
It's rooted, but only so I could install xdabbeb's camera (which doesn't require root any more) and to install Titanium to 'freeze' the LG bundled apps that refuse to be disabled. Most can be disabled through the Settings app though.
Some like to root to experiment with ROMS and to customize & theme etc.

What's the camera like on that Z3 Goose? Any sample pics?

Misses has the Compact, it's okay, could do with a keyboard that has other/secondary values when you hold the keys for longer

Would rather have my Jailbroken 6 plus over any Android phone out at present. If it wasn't Jailbroken however I would probably opt for the G3 or Note 4.

    Thanks to flik

Fantastic camera. I prefer the 15mp - 16:9 mode as opposed to the 20.7 4:3

Not really a true manual mode as such as you can't control shutter speed or appeture. But let's be honest if I wanted to control those things i would use my dslr

Battery life is great. Up to 2 days normally for me. Can't fault signal as I live in city centre. Love the layout of Android and the device feels very solid to hold
