Hi Guys,
I'm in desperate need of your help! I'm trying to find live data feed for energy consumption of the following countries:

Any ideas?

Surely that's freely available government websites department of energy I'd guess. Or Google? Bloomberg will probably have it.
You have any joy with this as I may have some contacts who can get it for you?
No joy on the live data but the world bank provided me with historical data [Excel spreadsheet] that I am still trying to work out how to import into Arduino, but with no luck!
Once I've worked that out, I will carry on trying to work out how to control a Thermaltake TT-8025a fan with varied speed which I think I have to use PWM.
The idea is to speed up the fan if more energy has been consumed compared to the previous year, if less energy has been used the fan speed decreases. I would like to be able to control a two pin RGB LED as well with the same principal; change colour from yellow, to orange and then to red.
Any help here would also be very much appreciated!

Just need a voltage regulator to control speed of fan - sure there's plenty of arduino projects that do similar (change voltage depending on condition).
how live do you want the data to be? There's always going to be some latency but are we talking seconds minutes hours days?
