Ok here we go its that time of year.

In June me and the misses are off to mexico for two weeks but....

Where do we go.

Dont want to go to Cancun just want a quiet location, nice weather and beach.

Any hotel tips?

Also do you think upgrading to the top seats on a Dreamliner is worth the money, misses friends says it's not but I like the quiet area, bigger seats and specially two seats together instead of the normal three.

I would not bother upgrading it's hundreds to do so and not worth the money I belive .we whent grand bahia principEl 1hour30 from canc in masive complex food fantastic .get the bus just outside to see local ruins cost about 20 for 2 instead of the 45 each from hotel .if u like fishing some great fish out there i caught 6 foot sail fish .

Hi Realist ,Firstly the Dreamliner is Better than the other planes by far so comfortable , We stopped in Playacar 4 times now in The Riu Yucatan All Inc its on the beach it was great, From the hotel either in a taxi or even walk on the beach (Day time ) taxi night to Playa del Carmen plenty of bars and shops and no trouble you will have a good time . Take Mexican peso is better exchange than usd or Uk pound loads of places to exchange .
