£72m rollover. £2 a pop. Lucky Dips will be used on all lines, but first 7 will get to pick a number each for one fixed line of numbers.

Not allowed to be run off a forum without a gambling licence, not allowed to be done with PayPal under their T&C's, been posted several times in the past and other forums have got in shit for doing it losing payment processors etc

Not my job mate was just giving you a heads up on why it's not already done or done on other forums, to be honest even if it wasn't for the legal ramifications I could see something like this ending in tears, tantrums and arguments or even litigation
