Has ebay been hacked?

As title says really

Was just looking for an xbox one console and came across the below one for sale its the titan fall one for £85 i knew it would be a scam of some sort but when you open the auction it then reditrects you to another site which shows the ebay login page but is clearly not ebay.

Chrome warns me that it's a phishing attack and turns the page red.

My chrome allows it but blocks silverlight from running.

2nd link still seems live. Notice both that link and the screen cap in the bbc vid have "contact me before you bid" at the end of the listing, I'm guessing it's the same person.

Cheeky fucker seems to have hacked Lincolnshire Community Fund to use their webpage to redirect, which the end site kanghan.co.uk appears to be a Martial Arts Academy, guessing their site has been hacked as well.

I contacted both companies so hopefully they will take prompt action but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Still there for me when doing a new search just lower down the page showing as 17 watchers

He is creating new ones and using other sites for the redirects. Probably with the new accounts he has harvested. This time chrome didn't warn me, just stopped silverlight.

So.... It directed me to a site - http://www.god3.co.uk/ With the ebay look to it. It wasn't the main site. I put some false details in, and it took me to what looked like a Control panel. I was able to delete a load of icons and pics. I think it was the site hosting of the original site. Because now what was on the main page... has gone...! Ooops. So has the ebay part of it. Now... It could be coincidence that they became aware at the exact time I deleted all of hosting info.
