utorrent 3.2.2. ipfilter set up

I am in the throws of setting this up, it is one of a list that is needed for a site. My issue is, the ipfilter, I have looked on line and cannot figure out how to get this set up. I wanted to drop a txt file or similar and load it, but utorrent does not work like this. Can anyone either give me a link, or help with a really basic stap by step picture guide on how I go about getting this into place?

OT but did you know that uTorrent started deploying a crypto currency miner with its Installation? They may have fixed it by now but there was an uproar and a lot of people are boycotting it now. Not sure what is the current tool of choice as I rarely use torrents.

Yeah fucked off utorrent ages ago. Transmission or qBitTorrent. Transmission u can put in a link to a site that hosts an ip filter file. qBitTorrent u can import a file. Think I just downloaded that online file and unzipped it then imported.

Both are dead easy to do and u just need to go into the settings page to do it.

Debabtable how effective ip filters are though.

Use a VPN service if you are that concerned.
