EE eagle tablet help needed

Hi
I have an eagle tablet from EE and I have tried to install tomtom.
I have tried many way's to do this without any luck.

All I get is [cant connect to tomtom].

I have installed this in a few android units and they all worked.


Need some help with this one please.
