Advice Looking for a 'budget' gaming PC (no more than £650)

As the title says. I need some help finding one for the Missus.

I'm currently eyeing up the following -

ForceBox Gamer but with the CPU upgraded to an i5 4670, GPU to a GTX 750ti, a 120gb SSD for the OS and 1 TB HDD for storage. The upgrades would take it to £643.90.

ForceBox Gamer Plus just as is, at £645.96.

She plays a wide variety of games, but the main one coming up will be GTA V. Not expecting it to run it all on the highest settings at 60 fps, but even on low, it would cripple her current PC. So with the birthday looming, now seems a good time to get a new rig.

Which one would you guys plump for? Would you plump for either at all? Are there much better options out there? If so, could you chuck me some links?

Not looking to build myself. I have done it before, but I'm no expert, thus not confident enough to be sure of not fucking it up and wasting dough. That together with lazyness and warranties etc, mean that I'm gonna buy it pre-built whatever the weather.

Cheers in advance for any advice you offer.

    theoretical benchmarks?

If youre not going to build it yourself, I think overclockers, or a similar outlet is going to be pretty safe for getting the best deal for your money. To be honest, when I built my curent machine I spent forever reading about specs and so on and I had to make some compromises to what I was recomended due to budget, but so far its run everything I threw at it at 1440p with ease. I aint tried GTA5 though.

If you want GTA, why not consider a console and have a ton of cash left over?

You would be better with a Pitcairn gpu as that's what's in the new consoles . the middleware will be optimised to run on .
    unreal and cry engine

Worth checking the packages here everyday but make sure it says it comes pre-built as a lot are just components!

If you want a rough idea for parts and where to start budget wise I always recommend looking at

http://www.logicalincrements.com/ (just set the country to UK)

I think all of the links are for amazon so the prices are quite reasonable but you can sometimes pick up a nice bundle deal on scan or overclockers that can save you a few extra quid.

    Thanks to ap0c
