Thanks for this. I've been looking for a good hardwood / laminate steam upright for a while but couldn't justify the spend. Only having had a quick look, so far so good. It clearly states a slightly damaged box and the prices look good.

I bought one last year which said damaged box, couldn't find a mark on it.

VAXSALE15 should have the same discounts but haven't compared them.

Yep I ditto that from Hoponbaby.
Over the last 18 months i have brought a couple of items in the Vax Sales and all have been 100% perfect and there was no damage on the packaging like they stated (not that it would have been an issue as that goes straight to the dump anyway).

So you should be able to buy with confidence
