Microsoft have officially released the first Spartan browser video that has company workers explaining how the new solution was developed, and what the future holds for it.

Spartan, of course, made its debut with Windows 10 preview build 10049 that launched yesterday.

And while this is an early version of the browser, missing several key features, the application is all set to be part of the new operating system when it arrives later this year where it will serve as the replacement for Internet Explorer.
This seems to be a theme here in this new video.

Redmond wants the world to know what this new web browser will offer to users, and the company has decided to introduce it via a video presentation and let the members of the development team explain how they are developing the application:

It shows how Spartan is optimized for touch and works on all platforms — Microsoft obviously aims to offers it as a universal app when Windows 10 is ready for action.

The development team also touches upon how they want to be ready for the future and build innovative new features into the Spartan browser so that it serves and stands as a platform for the next two decades, just like the good old IE.

Nice watch, and we can probably expect several such videos leading up to the launch of Spartan.
