Microsoft pushed Windows 10 build 10049 to users earlier this week, bugs and all. The idea was to provide users a chance to try out the new Spartan web browser included in this preview version.
It is full of all manners of bugs and issues, though.
However, if you still want to test it out, and that too using a clean install, then some unofficial ISO files are floating around the web. Microsoft could, theoretically, release these in the coming days, but until then these will have to do.
Besides, the company usually releases ISO files only when a preview build if pushed to slow ring users. And that only happens when the most critical bugs and reported problems are fixed.
Anyway, since we have no confirmation of an ISO release from Microsoft, these are the next best thing if you want to do a clean install — or multiple installs of build 10049 for one reason or another.
Two files are currently available, both in English, for 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
They weigh in at 2.49GB and 3.33GB, respectively.
The links are hosted on Mega, though, and there’s no telling if they will be taken down or not. So if you plan on getting your hands on them, better act fast.
