They all seem to state the "may hold less" thing now I notice. I wouldn't risk it to be honest. I've had enough cheapo Chinese SDs and USB sticks that have lost all of their data.

If you really want to go for it, make sure it doesn't say any hints about reduced capacity as mentioned above. Also pay via credit card via paypal.
Then if he does mess you around just do a paypal claim or chargeback and chuck his shitty card in the bin and put it down to experience.
think ill just get a legit one cheers for the advice
Looks fake as , some of sellers selling fake sandisk (looked legit)had positive feedback of 10's k's and the odd one their called out on they refund seller for full amount so. They still leave positive feedback, Go figure ! People trust eBay sellers to easily IMO even play got caught selling load of fake cards
£8.99 for 128GB LOL I wish
Read about one that showed full capacity but would just write from end of card to start again and overwrite data. For a large card this could take a while to notice and people snap 10-20 shots, think all is good and leave positive feedback.
That's got con written all over it.
I just bothered to read the listing.
It looks like they may actually be 8Gb cards.
