    is there a way of getting access to an online mobile phone bill that's not yours?

    i doubt it unless they have an online account for checking balance etc. then maybe you could guess their password? username is most likely their email address

    other option is to ring up the company pretending to be that person (providing your confident you know the answer to any security questions) and request the bill

    I assume you suspect someone of playing away. If so I reckon there must be easier methods of catching em out than this.

    You are probably better off getting the phone and looking at call history.
