Had the Dutch version on mine for ages and no battery drain lasts a couple of days easy

Either give it a few days to recalibrate the battery or do what I did. Factory reset it. Battery is fine now. Ps Xperia Z1

As above I think a factory reset should sort it just backup and restore all your stuff before you do it - my Note4 battery is still brilliant on lollipop - I seem to remember doing a full wipe / reset before I stuck the Dutch one on mine it was a month or so ago.
