Advise needed

Received a writtten warning at work for a minor incident, accepted it without any argument, and was told matter now close. As part of their weekly update full details, excluding my name were published on our intranet, I am still within my appeal period, if I wanted to appeal, I don't. Are they allowed to publish what I thought was a personal issue to all employees.

They didn't name you. So no lines crossed, just ethical ones AFAIK !

Expanding foam up the bosses exhaust, job done. But there are other methods of revenge, that is just my personal favorite. Get one with an extra long nozzle and they are completely fucked (cant just replace tail pipe but the while fucking lot is fucked) This is merely a suggestion not a recommendation, although i would recommend it.

Written warning and minor incident don't go hand in hand usually unless you've had previous verbal or written warnings? If the incident impacted the business and people can learn from it (what not to do, what to do if x happens etc) then I think they should be telling people - that way others won't get warnings and possibly break something, injure someone whatever (sorry don't know the possible outcomes as you don't say what the incident was).
