Asus RMA service

So the touchpad, more specifically the right and left buttons on the gaming laptop I bought stopped working suddenly for no reason. Tried reinstalling drivers, and also did a full system wipe and reset. Still nothing.

Quick call to Asus and is still under warranty. Filed out a quick RMA down and for a reply back saying they will collect the laptop on Monday.

Anyone had any experience of the service and how soon I can expect my laptop back? Back offshore in 2 weeks and hoping to have it back by then.....

If it's owt like when sent an nexus 7 tablet back don't hold ya breath !

Rma service has been great so far and laptop due to be returned tomorrow. They use letmerepair.com in east kilbride and havent had any.issues so far
