Customer service is rubbish, but that is the same with all ISP's.
Lost a few days in the last six month once because they incorrectly remote upgraded my router and then a couple more as they kept playing with my profile trying to increase the line speed.

    Thanks to koola2

They're evil but did let me out of ~£500 (over 18 months) of contract as I had no service where I lived even outdoors where their map said good 4G.

I'm on it with the fibre and they throttle the dung out of it in the evening. But if you use SSL or a VPN your grand. I get the full 40mb all day. And the Bright box 2 is brilliant. I haven't had to reboot it since I got it which is around a year now. I think it got a which best buy award too.

I used to use it, I am situated about 500 yards from the telephone exchange and yes as good as all other providers on ADSL2+ top speed of 22Mb/s download and 1.5 Mb upload + only went off once for 1 day in the 18 months contract but like everyone says it caps your connection and it slow down until you change your IP or use a vpn.
