As Satzzz says, it can be loaded with PLEX which allows you to add lots of extra channels and to stream movies direct from your laptop or PC, and to access things like YouTube so if you have an older TV it is almost like upgrading to a Smart TV.

It's £6.99 per month so if (like me) you're a NowTV subscriber, this would save you £11. Sell the box for a tenner and the 3 months has cost you a quid.

I was looking for a third Plex box so I'm made up. It'd be nice to get one of these offers every three months though!

We have been buying these from sainsburys for £14 we have a whole 12 months paid up front with the codes already and selling the boxes on with plea installed for a £10 note = nice [emoji3]

They are releasing a new box later this year that does 1080p (the current one is 720p). So it is likely they are selling these off and I expect we will see another deal popping up soon.
