Is there a way to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S3 to 4.4.2 KitKat?

I've heard that Samsung has pushed out the update for 4.4.2 KitKat to all the LTE versions of the S3 and I have the LTE version of the S3.

Is there any way to get the official update without root or PC?
