Looks like I'm gonna have to do a fresh install again. It temporarily sped up but is now unusable.

Russ has done a thread about removing features like spying on you and sending info.
Try that before you try a fresh install

Upgraded one pc to 10 the other day and it went fine. So far looks pretty good and no problems at all. Only tiny issue is you don't appear to be able to power down the pc when logged in via RDP.

All Microsoft windows workstation O/S has that limitation, where all Microsoft Server O/S allow you to do that, it is not just windows 10.

You couldn't go to the window button select power down but if you RDP to a Win 7 Pro PC and press Ctrl-Alt-ENd you can power down from the Lock/Task Manager screen. You can't in Win10 anymore.

I am glad you spotted that, it is very useful information.

Alternative is the old "shutdown /s" command at a command prompt or just press [ALT] + [F4], and you will have your shutdown as an option.

    Thanks to MartinC

I'm liking 10 right now. Nice and snappy.
Also didn't need any activators. Put in on a win7 activated with Daz and it shows win10 as activated.
