Revo RL80
Thinking of upgrading my htpc from the r3700 to the rl80. I know a few of you on here have revos and wondered if you have any experience of them?
Can pick up a used 750gb HDD, 4GB ram, 1.6ghz version up for about 180 on eBay

Take a look at the revo one before you go buying the Rl80 i'm considering replacing my 3700 with one purely as it can push out 4K through the Display port

My rl70 with win 8 has been running everything you need. Hard drive packed in last week (looking to replace with cheap ssd), but other than that it's been great. Devs really listened as when I first got it HD took some effort (amd over nvidia).
Edit..Mrs just told me it's 3 years old..Maybe more.

I've got two RL80s, SSD is essential as they are quite slow with conventional harddrives. Changing to SSD is a strip down. I stuck 8gigs of Ram to make it complete. I use one of them as my every day PCs and am more then happy with it. Starts up in about 12 secs but I rarely shut it down as its low wattage. Mine has an i3 processor.
I would use windows 8.1 as I found it runs better with it then with windows 7, the drivers for the RL80 are more suited to windows 8
