why do i have or need a domain?

could someone explain to me what all this means because I'm not too sure about it , I've been looking up on domain names etc but I still cant make head nor tail of it...
I also done a internet connection check and it came up with [ATTACH=CONFIG]29992

If you could also spell this out abit more clearly please.

your photo shows and implies your using a proxie address to send and recive internet traffic,

so simply your internet traffic goes to an addition compter out there in the world before it gets to where its ment to, proxies are used for annomity or to bypass region locks like Netflix USA

I take it your with talktalk as the dns address seems to tie up with talktalk, which looks normal

You're also using 'inprivate' which could also forward you to a proxy that doesnt track your surfing.

If I understood the question better, I may have been able to give you a better answer.
