Long Parcel

Ey up Guys and Gals,

I'm starting to rip the hair from my follically challenged scalp.

I need to send a parcel within the UK worth a tenner, it's dimensions are 1600 x 250 x 30mm and weighs 0.45kg
I'm looking for a reasonable courier, but because my parcel is over 1.2m the quotes go through the roof. I would've paid a fiver give or take a pound but the prices start at a tenner and it's just not worth it.

Is there a courier I've overlooked or does anyone know of a decent service.

I know there's a local courier to me that say they'll send anything from £3.95. I'll see if I can get there details and let you know.

Stuff over about 1.2m won't usually go around parcel companies conveyor systems and need to be manually handled / routed hence the increase.

I could get you a quote with APC who will take up to 2.05m but i'd be staggered if it's under £10
