Installing on windows onto a usb hard drive

Finding the following error..

Now i need to make changes to the BIOS but how do i get to Bios in win7 and what changes should i make? i have a thinkpad

BIOS is accessed via DEL or 'F' Key during POST. OS is not relevant.

Ideally, install Windows to a USB drive from within a booted Windows environment.
