where to buy a new Samsung s4

Hey fellas , I want to get the girlfriend a new phone for her birthday , she has an S3 and her phone isn't the be all and end all ,so I thought I'd get her an s4 so she will feel comfortable with it etc, anyone got any recommendations of where to buy a new one ? I seem to keep coming across ( New certified refurbished ones ) which I'm sure should be fine and i will get one of anyone has any experience with someone selling one ,but I'm after a cheap brand new if I can , can get on Amazon but seeing if the knowledge base on here had any info , would like to pay 150-170 I guess

Have you tried AVForums? Pretty active classifieds section on there. A wanted ad will usually get you a good response.
