Free Web Hosting Recommendations

I'm going to start designing two websites for local small businesses. Once done I'll upload them to a premium host with domain but until then I'd like to fire them up on free hosting whilst I design - any recommendations on which to use?

Not required, but if it had mySQL would be a bonus should one of them want to go down the WP route.
