Buying from USA stores to ship to UK.

Hey everyone, I know about drop shipping and some of those very expensive courier / parcel collaboration companies that will package up and ship your stuff from USA to the UK but seeing as we have a number of stateside members I didn't know if there were any other methods to dodge the expensive exporting / importing fees and get a bargain still.

This is all just because on our last trip to Florida, the missus bought some garnier hair product for a few dollars and to buy the same item in the UK is literally over double the price.

Thanks Stevo, same sort thing I've seen, total cost of $41 for item plus shipping etc. I think before I jump into it I'll have a play about with a few estimates and see whether its worth buying more bulk to make the shipping more cost effective. We're off to Florida again end of next year so can stock up in bulk ourselves then.

I usually get friends in the us to ship stuff to me but the postage costs have gone up quite a lot recently both internal and international so your probably not going to save that much any more. ok if you are travelling to the us or someone you know is going but not if your planning to post stuff any more.
