    My version of the Starcade bartop unit.

    Not too bad now that I've all but finished it. Think it looks better without the backlit marquee but might plonk something there in the future. Still needs the top and back fitting. Pair of speakers sit behind the marquee plugged into a Dell 1905 screen which has USB sockets on it so one less plug.

    Made it a 1-player system as can't see that many games I'd like to play with anyone else . And yet I still added the 2-player button. DOH!
    Also waiting for a trackball off ebay to fill the gap on the right so I can hopefully play Marble Madness which is one of my all-time favourites.

    just got a pi and thinking of making a cabinet, could someone point mi to the best place to
    get an emu like retropi or whatever you think is best,

    Usual places have packs mate.
    iptorrents and newsgroups but there are lots of sites available I grabbed a load yesterday from ipt just in case I do actually do something with my pi’s

    Just search for ROM packs for your desired system (eh snes ROM pack) on your tracker.

    Have a look at retropie, follow the tutorial, then it's just a case of putting the relevant ROMs into the relevant folders.
