As of this morning I have started taking Hydroxycut capsules.
I realise that some of you may frown upon this and feel that it is cheating but I have done plenty of research and am going to try it for 4 weeks combined with weight training 4 times a week minmum and stepping my cardio up to at least 30mins per day (6 days a week).
I will take some photos now, during and at the end of the 4 weeks and post them up "Before and after" stylee.
Please note, this isn't an answer to weight loss without effort as I am combining the capsules with a carefully monitored diet and regular physical training.
