Hi All

I would like to download a recommended software that can deal with a hotel / reception like situation. I will be signing in and out up to 2000 people over a 5 day period and need to scan bar codes. So basically users signing in / out and summary of who is still in the location. Do you guys now of a software that is not expensive that I could use? The simpler the better. I have googled it and and there are many but would prefer a recommendation.
