I paid £807 for one a few days ago. Could have saved myself £34
£69.99 delivery. Still seems like a very good TV.

Shame about delivery, I am looking for a 42" bummer of the highest order..
:kissass  Hmm I wonder which 3 this is ????
i must admit i am tempted by this one but am not sure to get something that can output 1080p
Here's 2 reviews and a plasmas facts and myths file in PDF format and rared that I uploaded to my web space. I've had them a while and just stumbled across them while having a tidy up. Size is 1.9mb. Might be handy for someone

Viera tv is nice! I'm not much of a plasma fan as i just sell lcd tv's. But i'd buy a panasonic. the new 103" phew. love it.
End of line model the PX60
Excellent set though and the best 42" for the money out there.
Spoony bought one when I bought my 50" LG
So what if it's not 1080 !!!
John Lewis will only price match bricks and mortar stores not online.
Beerman where do you get yours? my gran and grandad are looking to replace their 28" sony as grandads eyesight is going so Im looking for a bigger screen for them. I had seen the DD price I cant belive that delivery costs so much I live round the bloody corner Sound and vision (same company) sell it for the same price with the delivery already added on so both are the same price in the end a £842 Ithink I will call in to S&V and see if they will match the price.

DONT BUY THIS MODEL!! There are lots of reports of purple lines on dark scenes, and makes it unwhatchable- See here on AV forums
chubblies, Ive seen all the posts on av forums too, it seems that the problems were mainly with the earlierones but it ocasionally appears on the later ones.
I just called in to Sound and vision they wont price match digital direct as such but they say that you pay the same price when shipping is taken in to account. it is really annoying when it will travel further going tot he depot than if it came direct to me from their warehouse.
Tempted... But I'm after 1 with the cabinet stand.
Hmmm, I was tempted, but then most of the posts are since mid December, so not sure if it is just earlier boxes, plus there are well over 80 pages on the thread about disgruntled end users, so ended up buying a pioneer. There also seem to be a fair few people around with screens failing 3-6 months down the line, and them then noticing the purple snake syndrome with a brand new screen.
Could you not just arrange to pickup from the warehouse if they are that close?
arent digital direct in bolton or tydlesley or is it wigan i cant remember but i used to sell em sky boxes
